• Free Shipping: free shipping from China on all orders.

Order Processing & Transit Times

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 7–15 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on your location.
• Order Cut-off Time: UTC+8 5:00 P.M. Every Business excluding vacation days.

Delivery Terms

We use reliable carriers 4px to ensure your package arrives safely. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our Track Order page.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
